Sometimes when working to resolve an issue on an Apple macOS based system it may be necessary for us to request a System Information Report. When viewing the System Report a copy can be saved by choosing File > Save and attaching the saved file to your support ticket.
Opening System Information
- In Finder, choose Go > Utilities from the Menu Bar at the top of the screen.
- Double-click System Information in the Utilities folder
- Choose File > Save to save a copy of your report to your Mac, then attach to your support ticket
